My stay at the Grand Summit was quite mixed. On one hand, the hotel is clean and offers a variety of family-friendly amenities like a lively pool area. On the other hand, my experience with the service wasn't the best, as there were significant delays and some staff appeared overwhelmed. The dining experiences were enjoyable, but it was unfortunate that the kids running around crowded the pool too much, making it hard to relax. Overall, it felt like good value for a family trip, just not the peaceful getaway we were hoping for.

Rooms

The room I stayed in was clean and moderately comfortable, but I found the queen bed rather low to the ground and squeaky, which made moving around a little annoying at night.
Service
5.0
The service was questionable; I had to advocate for compensation regarding my room being delayed, and the front desk was often busy and seemed a bit overwhelmed.
Location

The hotel is in a scenic forested area, providing a beautiful backdrop, but you’ll need to drive to access eateries and shopping, which might not work for everyone.
Dining

Dining at the Tap Room was enjoyable, especially the food, although the seating was crowded due to many families using the facilities.

The pool and hot tub area were lively and inviting, although a tad too crowded for my liking with all the kids around.

Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The accommodations were comfortable and the location was great for exploring, but the service at the restaurant left much to be desired, especially during busy times. The heated outdoor pool was a highlight, but we did face issues with the room temperature that affected our sleep. Overall, it's a nice place but can struggle when it's fully booked.

The room was quite cozy and well-equipped, featuring a comfortable Murphy bed and a full kitchen. However, it was overly warm at night, making it difficult to sleep.

The hotel offers a nice stay with clean rooms and a friendly atmosphere, making it inviting for families. I enjoyed the convenience of the ski-in/ski-out feature, perfect for winter sports lovers. However, the absence of the on-site restaurant during my visit was a letdown, along with some dated furniture and noise from above. Overall, the accommodations are decent for the price, but there’s room for improvement.

I had a decent stay at the hotel. The location is fantastic for those who enjoy outdoor activities, and the heated outdoor pool was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, especially with the restaurant not being open yet, and the thin walls made for some noisy nights. Overall, it was good value for the price, but few aspects did detract from the experience.

The hotel has a lovely setting near attractions and North Conway, which I appreciated. My apartment was well-equipped and spacious, making my stay comfortable. However, when the hotel was busy, I noticed the service in the restaurant was quite poor, which was a letdown. Additionally, the room temperature was uncomfortably warm, making it hard to sleep at times.
